Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us about a property, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information Ryan Duke Properties collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site and to the enquiries you send us through it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any details you type into a form, send by text, or tell us on a call — including information about the property’s condition, your timeline, and your situation.
- Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through server logs and (where enabled) analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To evaluate your property and prepare a cash offer.
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email.
- To comply with legal, tax and anti-fraud obligations connected with a purchase.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Text messages and calls
By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to us contacting you by phone call, text message and email at the details you provide, including by automated means, about your property enquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling and we will note it on your file.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us complete a transaction and who are bound to keep it confidential — for example title companies, closing attorneys, and our own contract repair and cleanout crews — or where we are required to by law. If we assign or resell a property under contract, the buyer receives only the information needed to complete the transaction.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our dealings, and transaction records for as long as tax and legal requirements demand. If you ask us to delete your enquiry information we will do so, except where we must retain records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sell@ryandukeproperties.com. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain uses of your information. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as social security numbers or bank details through a website form — we will ask for those through secure channels when they are needed.
