What sellers say — and how we earn it
We’re upfront about this: our public review wall is new. Here is how we collect reviews, what we guarantee in writing, and how to raise a problem if one happens.
Our review wall is new — and we’d rather it be honest
We publish reviews only from sellers whose property we actually closed on, with their permission, in their words. We would rather show you nothing for a few months than fill this page with quotes nobody said. As sales close, they will appear here.
Judge us by what we put in writing
These commitments are in the purchase contract you’ll be offered — testable, and enforced by the title company at closing.
How to hold us to it
If something about a deal with us feels wrong, call the same number you always call and say so — we would rather fix it than win an argument. If we cannot resolve it, we will tell you the independent route to take in your state, including the relevant licensing board or consumer protection office.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not ask sellers to remove anything. If you would like to leave a review, we will send you a direct link after closing — that’s it.
Reviews shown here are unpaid and unedited except for length. When third-party profiles are live (for example Google Business), those links will be listed on this page so you can verify them independently.
Prefer to talk before you decide?
Call and we’ll walk you through a real deal’s numbers — what we paid, what the repairs cost, and what we made.
